Smart Gilas Pilipinas 2.0 Schedule of Games for the 34th Jones Cup

The Smart Gilas Pilipinas 2.0 have successfully made a tremendous showings in the recently held 34th Jones Cup Basketball Tournament held in Taiwan. The Philippine National Basketball Team being mentored by Coach Chot Reyes have already made two consecutive win against the powerhouse team Jordan in the opening day of the competition.

Their win was followed by another dominance against the home team, Chinese Taipei B to ranked second in team standings with 2-0 records only behind the league-leader and depending champion Iran. The Smart Gilas is also tied with the United States Selections who has 2-0 win-loss records as well.

Smart Gilas Pilipinas was composed of veteran PBA players mostly from the PLDT franchised players together with an amateur reinforcement and newly-acquired Fil-Am phenomenum.

As of presstime, the Philippine National Basketball Team is preparing to wage war against the South Koreans to continue their winning streak. The Koreans on the other hand wanted to rebound from a lost against the U.S. Basketball Team to improve their records from 2-1 win-loss card.
