Germany was able to score 3 points for their first win against Portugal during their first game in the Euro 2012. The one goal scored by Germany against Portugal put them on the lead in Group B matches.

The game between Germany and Portugal was held at the Lviv Arenal last Saturday. Germany’s Mario Gomez scored the lone goal of the game at around 72 minutes.

Germany joined Denmark at the top of Group B standing garnering three points each.
