LA Lakers Ended NBA Playoffs Defeated by OKC Thunder (Highlights Video)

The multi-titled Los Angeles Lakers ended their journey at the 2012 NBA Playoffs after they were demolished the young but more determined team, Oklahoma City Thunder during their visit on Monday night May 21, 2012 at the Thunder Arena for the Game 5 of the Conference Semi-finals.

The Oklahoma City Thunder demolished the LA Lakers with the game ended in a spectacular fashion for the Thunder fans. The Lakers managed to score with 90 points only nearly half of Kobe Bryant’s output of 42 points, while the OKC Thunder had a tremendous performance unleashing 106 points to move to the Finals of the Western Conference.

The Los Angeles Lakers failed to demonstrate their dominance and experience over the Thunder who proved once and for all that the team is one of the toughest club in the Western Conference, after topping the elimination at the top of NBA Standings.

Oklahoma City Thunder displayed their brilliance during the game with the team work of their three most prominent players in the court, Russell Westbrook top scored for Thunder with 28 points, Kevin Durant poured out 25 points and James Harden contributed with 17 points.

The Lakers veterans failed to deliver as what everybody have expected, despite the monstrous performance of Kobe Bryant who scored with 42 points, his team mates failed to deliver. Pau Gasol contributed with 14 points, Meta World Peace with 11 points, and Bynum with 10 points.
